Tapping Opportunities in Logistics

A logistics internship is a pre-professional work experience that provides students, recent graduates, and those seeking to change careers with the opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic field of logistics.  For students, internships may supplement academic classes and, in some cases, earn college credit. For recent graduates and individuals considering a career change, an internship is a way to try a new job without making a permanent commitment. Corporate Training Grants

Incumbent Workforce Development Program The Centralina Workforce Development Board offers funding for Incumbent Worker training to provide local businesses with the money needed to provide training for their current workforce. Grants are competitive with final approval for funding from the NC Department of Commerce.

Material Handling Education Foundation is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to encouraging and supporting material handling education. Administered by the Material Handling Industry of America, the Foundation offers a variety of internships.

Scholarship Programs

Material Handling Education Foundation is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to encouraging and supporting material handling education. Administered by the Material Handling Industry of America, the Foundation offers a variety of scholarships to students pursuing an education in material handling. Council of Supply Chain Management Professional Charlotte Roundtable is the preeminent association for individuals involved in supply chain management. CSCMP provides educational, career development, college scholarship options, and networking opportunities to its over 10,000 members and to the entire profession.
